Biography: American actor who has starred in a number of John Carpenter cult film classics including "Escape from New York" (1981), "The Thing" (1982) and "Big Trouble in Little China" (1986).

Russell has also starred in a number of big budget action adventure films such as "Stargate" (1994). More recently he has joined the Fast and Furious franchise, appearing in Fast and "Furious 7" (2015) and "Fate of the Furious" (2017)
